AICE Media Studies-Rolling along

  Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I finally filmed for our opening scene last week Sunday! Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I filmed in Jacksons community and Zane, Kevin, Jackson, and I had little to know issues Except the fact that Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I originally. Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I were all able to accomplish what we needed for the video, and the results will be what we expected and more. The raw footage from filming was incredible in its self. Even without the Background noises and color correction, you can tell the mood and vibe of the story. With some good editing skills from myself, Zane has very high hopes in the quality of this video. My acting was great, as expected. And the shots given from Jackson and Zane were exceptional. Zane went to Jacksons house at round 3:30 pm. I showed up shortly after. 

Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I then made our way over to the area where Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I wanted to film. Once Zane, Jackson, and I arrived, Zane, Jackson, and I got setup, checked with the employees of the community, and started filming. Once done filming Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I reviewed the shots we got and started heading back to Jacksons. While checking the film we got some food and ate. Later we all left and hoped on a facetime call to discuss our plans for editing. What Zane, Jackson, Kevin, and I are planning for the editing stages are cinematic views. smooth transitions, dark color correction, and dramatic effects. Before the editing steps, we would like to refresh ourselves on the convention codes of the genre of our music video. Zane plans to use premiere pro for editing. One of Zane’s favorite editing software's to use. This opening scene is coming together very fast and I look forward to the results.

 My first day back was long. I was already in enough pain as it is sitting down but now I have to move class to class. The thin that probably bothers me the most are the people. Everyone jokes about it.  I already started having negative thoughts. The following day someone took my crutches and ran, I eventually got them back. All my teachers were more or less understanding. this allows me to attack my work pile at a reasonable pace. So it relieves stress, However this doesn't mean I'm not though. I fear I wont be able to catch up and let everyone down. I've been trying my best to record clips of people doing the motion. I ended up with about 33 different clips. Then sadly we came to an agreement that we should change the format that the video should be in. So the that means the 33 clips are useless at this point. AICE Media Studies-How things are going

  I’m back again with some fulfilling news. With spring break around the corner we have a lot to get done. However we have plenty of time to get the work done. Since my surgery on my knee I have made a lot of progress with walking in doing other things that will help with my mobility in the film. Hopefully by the time Zane Kevin Jackson and I are ready to film I could be used to my fullest potential so we don’t have any problems when filming. Jackson has been busy with baseball because baseball season is in full swing now so he doesn’t have a lot of time to work or communicate with the rest of the group. However we figured out a way to communicate in between practices and games so there won’t be any issues when it comes time to film. Zane has also had a very busy schedule with football practice and homework from other classes. Kevin has been loaded with math work to the point where his bag is overflowing with papers.   After a very long and hard process. Sweat and confused feelings we finally finished. This being my first project with this group I enjoyed it a lot. My group was very helpful and understanding with my injury. They are as well as smart, hardworking, and pretty funny individuals.
